The Boxer Orthosis® is an adjustable boxer fracture splint and metacarpal brace designed to provide customizable stabilization of the hand, wrist and fingers. Malleable stays provide positioning support for 4th and 5th metacarpal fractures, while adjustable compression helps accommodate swelling and changes during recovery.

Adjustable Boxer Fracture Splint for Metacarpal Support
The Boxer Orthosis® provides adjustable stabilization of the hand, wrist and fingers for patients requiring support following a boxer or metacarpal fracture. Its customizable design helps position the wrist, forearm and fingers while providing an alternative to conventional casting or splinting for appropriate patients.
Designed specifically with metacarpal fracture support in mind, the Boxer Orthosis can position the hand and fingers at the preferred angle for treating 4th and 5th metacarpal fractures, commonly associated with boxer fractures. The orthosis can also be modified by an individual with appropriate expertise to address the 2nd and 3rd metacarpals.
Customizable Hand & Metacarpal Stabilization
Malleable stays provide adjustable wrist extension and finger flexion, allowing the orthosis to be customized for the desired positioning and level of support. The stay system also provides relief around the ulnar styloid to help reduce unwanted pressure while maintaining stabilization.
The design provides support similar to the function people may look for in an ulnar gutter splint or ulnar gutter brace for metacarpal injuries, while offering an adjustable orthosis designed specifically for fracture management.
