Wholesale Returns: If you are a business customer who purchased through a wholesale channel Click here to begin the Return Authorization Process. Once you've received a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please ship the product(s) to the address below, and clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package:

Return Policy:
- A Return Authorization (RA#) must be obtained from Ezy Wrap Customer Service before returning any items.
- Products must be in unused, resalable condition. Items showing wear, damage, or use are not eligible for return unless due to a verified defect or shipping error.
- Returns are not accepted for: Customized products, Discontinued Items, or Items not in original packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to an Ezy Wrap error or confirmed defect.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to an Ezy Wrap error or product defect.
- Claims for defects will be evaluated upon receipt. If found non-defective, no credit will be issued.
- Refunds or credits, if approved, are typically processed within 2 weeks of receipt.
Product Warranty:
- Ezy Wrap products carry a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use and wear.
- The warranty does not cover excessive wear, misuse, or product alterations.
- Functional Braces Hardware is warranted to the original purchaser for 2 years.
- Functional Brace Soft Goods follow the standard 30-day return policy.
