Product Information

Adjustable Thumb Splint for Support & Stabilization

The Ultimate Thumb Lacing Orthosis is a supportive thumb splint and spica brace designed to help stabilize the thumb and wrist for thumb, CMC and metacarpal injuries. Its anatomical design positions the thumb in abduction and opposition while providing adjustable support for a comfortable, customized fit.

Available in Short and Long versions and configurations for the left or right hand, this thumb support brace allows you to select the level of wrist coverage and control appropriate for your needs.

Supportive Thumb & Wrist Design

Unlike basic pull-on thumb supports, the Ultimate Thumb Lacing Orthosis uses an adjustable lacing system with overlapping edges to create a secure, semi-universal fit.

The orthosis incorporates removable and malleable stays that can be shaped, removed or stacked as required for the desired function. The manufacturer's application instructions specify positioning the stay at the palmar crease before securing the wrist, thumb straps and laces.

Short vs. Long Thumb Spica Brace

Choose between Short and Long thumb splint styles based on the amount of coverage and control needed.

Short Thumb Splint - Ref. 1127: Provides thumb and wrist support in a shorter-profile design.

Long Thumb Splint - Ref. 1128: Extends farther along the wrist/forearm for additional control.

Both versions are available for the left or right hand.
