Three-Stay Wrist Stabilizer System
The Rapid Wrist Orthosis uses three malleable and removable
stays to provide a supportive custom fit. The stays help stabilize
the wrist while allowing the orthosis to contour to the hand.
Because the stays are removable and malleable, the support can be adjusted
when appropriate for the individual wearer.
Rapid Hook-and-Loop Closure
The Rapid Wrist is designed for straightforward application using adjustable
hook-and-loop closures. After the hand is positioned in the
brace, the straps are secured to hold the wrist support in place.
Combined with overlapping orthosis edges, this fastening system provides
rapid application and a semi-universal fit.
Short vs. Long Rapid Wrist Orthosis
The Rapid Wrist Orthosis is available in two lengths:
-
Model 1132 – Rapid Wrist Orthosis Short
-
Model 1133 – Rapid Wrist Orthosis Long
Both versions use the same rapid hook-and-loop closure system, overlapping
edges and three-stay wrist support design. Choose the product length appropriate
for the desired level of coverage and control.
