This pelvic pillow is great, I've been using it to help with my second pregnancy - Ive had so much back pain, its not even funny. With still 2 1/2 moths to go, I'll be getting my money's worth out of this pillow, it's firm enough to givr support but soft enough to be gentle on my aching back
