Very good - gives support and the cryotherapy helps a lot with the pain. Better than I expected for my wrist injury.

Big improvement over the cheap sling the doc gave me - the ice bag pcokets are well worth buying this sling - even if it is a little more expensive than the other ones here. I can see why this is the #1 seller - it's given me some pain relief and my elbow is feeling a little better each day
