Helps me walk after injuring my ankle. The sprain hurts, but the pain is less when I use this padded boot. I walk better now, the design keeps your ankle locked in place for healing, which is good. I tried a different one, but it caused a lot of pain, I like how well made this is and I was surprised to find out it was American made. I'm using the low-top version, it's really sturdy and stands up well to someone not used to sitting still.
