Measure circumference of the hips at the widest point.
Due to a wide range in waist and hip difference in many patients, size may need to be adjusted up or down by one size for a proper fit.

Correct sizing is essential for patient comfort and product effectiveness. The product should fit tightly enough to provide even, constant pressure without having any impact on the patient’s breathing. not a bad fit, i am a bigger guy and needed a back brace for my lower lumbar - i've got back strain from lifting, I work for a shipping ocmpany and lift heavy loads all day. even though my back aches sometimes, thuis makes it feel a little better...
