A durable twill sling, with two pockets to accommodate cold therapy which helps control swelling, uniquely converts from an arm elevator to an arm sling/immobilizer. A 1 inch shoulder strap with a comfortable vinyl shoulder pad adjusts and closes with Velcro® closures. Universally sized for both left and right arms.
