Sizes listed on our website and catalog are for stock items only. Additional sizes may be available on request. Special-sized or custom items may not be returned for credit.Products returned after more than 90 days but less than six months will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. No credit allowed for products returned after six months from date of sale.

Functional knee braces are subject to different return criteria.

We warrant all of its functional brace products to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials (excluding soft goods) for 2 years from the date of purchase from us. The warranty for soft goods is limited to 90 days from the date of purchase.

Purchaser may return pre-sized product for credit within 21 days from date of purchase if not satisfied with fit or function. A product may be returned for credit or warranty repair only after receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number. Each Exotec product carries a Warranty ID bar-code label. This label is on the upper left hinge arm if viewed from the back of the brace. When calling for an RA number please have the WIN number ready to give to customer service. This will help expedite the process.

Any product returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number will be returned to the customer or PPI sales representative who returned the product and freight charges will be billed to the representative.

Unused product returned after 21 days is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Purchaser may return defective product for full warranty repair or replacement for the applicable coverage period.

Any alterations to the product or any of its parts other than those made by us voids any and all warranties.

ORDER DISPARITIES:
Any shortages or disparities in shipments should reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Please call customer service at (800) 234-9004 to report order disparities.
