Epicondylitis is a repetitive motion injury which causes inflammation and or small tears in the tendons attached to the condyles of the humerus.
Lateral epicondylitis, more commonly known as tennis elbow, is the result of repeated contraction of the muscles used to extend (straighten) the arm and raise the hand. Pain typically occurs on the outside of the elbow. Symptoms include:
