It looks blocky and bulky but it is soooo comfortable, i've used this head pillow to give me some help in getting comfortable after suffering whiplash in a car accident a couple of weeks ago. I know the appearance of this head rest isn't the best, but it works so well. I have to recommend this, it works too good.
