Huge help with the muscle spasms I've been having, they just wont go away and I needed to do something to help with it so my doctor recommended using an at-home traction to build up muscle strength and get a little workout while I'm at home. So far, it's been working okay - not the most fun thing to do, but I'm hoping to see more progress soon, I've only been doing this for a couple of days.
