I needed a durable cold pack to help with my knee pain - I've been having problems with it even though I'm in physical therapy to rehab after an operation, but the surgical pain has been a big issue for me and it's impeded my progress going forward. This has given me some stability and some pain relief, the ice packs that work with this really make a huge difference, especially in the swelling of that area.
