After breast surgery, I needed some helps with post surgical pain relief and something to ease the swelling and trying to find a breast binder that fits comfortably for a plus sized woman isn't easy, but this one is a decent fit, not too tight, like I-can't-breathe kind of tight, and it works with ice bags, to keep the area from hurting as much. It reduces pain and makes the pain almost bearable - I don't take pain meds if I can help it, so I'm relying on this for pain relief along with the occasional Tylenol.
