Before this, I was never a fan of cryotherapy bags (ice packs), but having so much problems with lower back pain, I was more than willing to try anything. I'm well beyond the icy hot type therapy and I need something that will keep the pain manageable enough and will still alloew me to do all my physical therapy and rehab so I can start rebuilding the muscles I've lost since the operation. It does keep the swelling and tenderness to a minimum, which is much appreciated, anything that can help is a good thing.
