This shoulder wrap reduces pain - at least in me - after my shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago. I needed to keep my shoulder steady and supported and delaign with post surgical pain has made this a tough time, really tough. The pain relief this wrap offers is good, but I make it manageable with this and the meds.
