I've bought a couple of the ice packs - they come in handy with my two boys who forever have some kind of sports injury or another. Even my husband like to use this for his lower back pain, it really helps reduce pain and keeps the men in the family going. Glad to find something so versatile and that can really work wonders on just about everyting.
