I've been using this in my physical therapy - it helps the rehab and it really works wonders, reduces pain, and it a huge help when my swollen joints just don't want to move. It does provide a little help even with my arthritis, it still works wonderfully. Very good ice pack, it sure beats going it the old fashioned way.
