My doctor prescribed this cock up splint to help with a recent sprain. I'm not thrilled that I needed a splint, but if it helps me heal faster, I guess I'll live. Anyway, the splint is perforated - to keep the air flowing (I guess) and it's a fairly tight fit, nothing too uncomfortable. Just note, this isn't a universal-style, make sure you get the one for the proper hand.
