I buy American made whenever possible so I opted to buy my own post op knee brace - didn't want something cheaply made that would fall apart on me. ANyway, this immobilizer has helped me do my therapy exercises and has the flexibility for me to wear it even on days when my knee is swelling a bit. The comfort here is good, not as good as not needing a surgery and a brace, but I shouldn't complain, at least it's helping me heal.
