MEASURING Thigh measurement is 3" above Mid-Patella with no soft tissue compression. Calf measurement may be necessary when the calf is proportionally large and should be taken 3" below Mid-Patella. Refer to the calf upper limit listed in sizing chart, when the calf measurement exceeds the limit, choose the next larger size. Nonathletic patients in the upper limits of the thigh size range may prefer the next larger size. When fitting wrap around knee sleeves, it is recommended that the patient be fit with the next larger size to allow for more accurate sizing.

This post op knee brace was ben very good at given some knee pain relief. I have a sports injury - an ACL tear that really made this loud popping sound when I was running. The doc recommended i get a functional brace, one that still allowed me to get around while keeping my knee as striaght as possible, overall, it's a good fit and very comfortable. Though, it's a pain taking it off and putting it back on, doesn't fit well with heavy weight pants.
