Pullover Lateral "J" Patella Support w/Open Patella

This carefully crafted sleeve features our Lycra covered neoprene for constant compression and warmth. Patella alignment is assured by the lateral “J” buttress and additional medial/lateral support is provided by spiral stays. This pull over sleeve is available in 1/8 and 1/4 inch thicknesses and left and right versions with Velcro® closure. Excellent patella control a click away.

MEASURING

Thigh measurement is 3" above Mid-Patella with no soft tissue compression. Calf measurement may be necessary when the calf is proportionally large and should be taken 3" below Mid-Patella. Refer to the calf upper limit below, when the calf measurement exceeds the limit, choose the next larger size. Nonathletic patients in the upper limits of the thigh size range may prefer the next larger size. When fitting wrap around knee sleeves, it is recommended that the patient be fit with the next larger size to allow for more accurate sizing.

I definitely like this knee joint brace, it's really helping with my bursitis and keeps me moving. I might noy be running yet, but being able to walk without a lot of pain, keeps my knee injury from getting stiff and having a lot of pain. Overall, it's pretty good, no major complaints from me.
