MEASURING

Thigh measurement is 3" above Mid-Patella with no soft tissue compression. Calf measurement may be necessary when the calf is proportionally large and should be taken 3" below Mid-Patella. Refer to the calf upper limit below, when the calf measurement exceeds the limit, choose the next larger size. Nonathletic patients in the upper limits of the thigh size range may prefer the next larger size. When fitting wrap around knee sleeves, it is recommended that the patient be fit with the next larger size to allow for more accurate sizing.

Had to get an ACL brace to help with an athletic knee injury. It helps alot with pain relief and gives support to my knee, and I love that it works with a cold pack. When I'm doing my rehab - the physical therapy to get my knee moving, this helps with the knee pain I usually experience.
