The unique wrap design allows us to fit a wide range of shapes, while delivering the same excellent features of a pull up knee support. Warmth, compression and support are inherent in our Lycra/nylon neoprene. Medial/lateral support is provided by removable single axis hinges with extension stop settings of 15, 30, and 45 degrees and 2 inch stabilization straps featuring Velcro® loop lock closure. MEASURING

Thigh measurement is 3" above Mid-Patella with no soft tissue compression. Calf measurement may be necessary when the calf is proportionally large and should be taken 3" below Mid-Patella. Refer to the calf upper limit below, when the calf measurement exceeds the limit, choose the next larger size. Nonathletic patients in the upper limits of the thigh size range may prefer the next larger size. When fitting wrap around knee sleeves, it is recommended that the patient be fit with the next larger size to allow for more accurate sizing.

From a sports injury, I have needed an ACL brace, and the additional support is key to keeping my knee pain in check. This is a functional brace, not like the geriatric braces I've seen, and it moves well with me, does help somewhat with the pain relief, but wish it could do more on that area.
