I have some knee pain - from all the arthritis in my knees, it's pretty painful to walk so using a knee brace has helped me walk better and I'm finally able to go walking in the mornings here with my friends. I haven't been able to join them for several weeks because of the pain and it's nice to be able to go out walking with them again. Very happy to be moving around like I used to.
