This works so well with the shoulder pillow I ordered, it really helps keep my arm comfortable and positioned well for healing. The foam allows for plenty of air to circulate and keeps my skin from getting dry (I hate having sensitive skin, it takes very little to irritate my skin) - very helpful for my injured elbow.
