I like this strap pillow. It's been a lot of help after my car accident left me in a wheelcair, recovering from hip surgery. The pillow has really helped in cushioning and giving my leg support that it really needs. The strap helps it stay in place, letting me shift my weight without dislodging the abduction pillow.
