The net feature permits air movement over the dressing for faster healing and reduces or eliminates the need for adhesive tape. One of my kids is allergic to latex, so I buy these bandages to help with his sports injuries. With him being a runner and playing basketball, I need all the help I can get. These are very durable, comfortable, and it stays in place very well.
