Our office uses as our cast padding as many of our young patients are sensitive to synthetic fabric blends and tey complain about the itching. It's been a huge help, especially with all the sports injuries we see here. So many kids complain about getting a cast, but at least we can give them natural material that won't irritate the skin and so many parents appreciate that.

Keep these on hand all the time - I have 6 kids, 4 boys and 2 girls and with all the sports injuries I feel like I constantly run out of this stuff. This cotton works great for wrapping injuries and helping me make bandages.
