i work outside as an electrician and this knee brace keeps my knee stable when I'm out workjing, it slides on easy enough and stays in palce all day - wich is good.

Good knee brace, it has been working well for me and being able to get back to the track and run has been a relief - this really does make it easier to run and jog, and keeps me on my feet as long as I need to be.
