FITTING
Secure the unaffected side first, then gently adjust bilaterally until shoulders
are back but not hyperextended.
Clavicle supports are normally worn until proper union has been achieved.
Therefore, the patient should watch for symptoms of neurological or vascular distress.
When applied properly, the pressure on the axilla area should be minimal.
MEASURING
On the uninjured side, measure from the midpoint of the scapula, around anteriorly
under the axilla and back to the starting point.
