I had problems with my lower lumbar area - living with an aching back is such a burden, but using this thermal insert really helps me manage the spine pain that I usually have - day and night, this works well for me.

Needed some lower lubar back support, having been dealing with an aching back and driving a truck doesn't make things feel any better. It's a good fit, helps me stay upright in the seat, doesnt make me feel all sticky and sweaty, which is a relief. would recommend this to anyone.
