I have a tear to my ACL and just had surgery on it about 2 weeks ago. I bought this knee brace (or wrap - whatever it's called) to help me begin rehab and the PT assistant recommended usign a gel brace that allowed for an ice bag to be used to keep down my knee swelling and get me back up and moving again. So far, its working well, no real complaints. It provides support and the rehabilitation is painful but worthwhile.

Big help to me after having knee surgery. Had to get a great knee brace to help with all the rehab I have to do. I like that I can do heat therapy and cryotherapy with this brace - that versatilitiy makes a huge difference.
