MEASURING
Forearm Length: Measure from the lateral epicondyle to the fifth metacarpo-phalangeal joint.

FITTING
When fitting "sling type" immobilizers, caution should be taken not to make the strap adjustments too short forcing the shoulder into a shrugged position. The shoulder should be maintained in a neutral position and relaxed into the sling portion of the immobilizer. A properly fitted sling should be long enough to fully support the hand and wrist but not cover the fingers.

Very good price for an arm sling - wearing an arm cast really ways down yur arm an this sling help some with the strain the cast put on my arm. Velcro make this easy to put on, comfrtable enough to where all day.
