All shoulder immobilizers and supports use either chest circumference or forearm length for sizing

Measuring Chest Circumference:

Female: Measure circumference of the chest just below the bust-line.

Male: Measure circumference of the chest at its widest point.

Forearm Length: Measure from the lateral epicondyle to the fifth metacarpo-phalangeal joint.

FITTING
When fitting "sling type" immobilizers, caution should be taken not to make the strap adjustments too short forcing the shoulder into a shrugged position. The shoulder should be maintained in a neutral position and relaxed into the sling portion of the immobilizer. A properly fitted sling should be long enough to fully support the hand and wrist but not cover the fingers.

This arm sling was been a huge help after my recent rotator cuff surgery. The recovery has been quite painful, but this sling has given me so much relief from the pain, I cannot begin to describe how much help it's been. Very glad to have found this immobilizer, it's been a huge help.
