This gives me a lot of support to my ankle injury, a sports injury that left me with an ankle sprain. Needed some support to cut the pain, reduce the swelling, and the fabric allow my skin to breath and doesn't leave the area all sticky and clammy. The tight contours and elastic make this an ideal fit. Not too bulky, but isn't the easiest ankle support to put on.
