FITTING
Secure the unaffected side first, then gently adjust bilaterally until shoulders are back but not hyperextended.

Clavicle supports are normally worn until proper union has been achieved. Therefore, the patient should watch for symptoms of neurological or vascular distress. When applied properly, the pressure on the axilla area should be minimal.

MEASURING
On the uninjured side, measure from the midpoint of the scapula, around anteriorly under the axilla and back to the starting point.

My son suffered a collarbone fracture playing football - had to get something to help him keep the area steady while it heals. This seems to be working out well - gives proper collarbone support and helps with the pain of the injury.

After getting a collarbone fracture, I needed some support for healing and this worked like a charm. Doc recommended a good brace so I would heal without having stooped shoulders. This is comfortable, if a bit tricky to put on. I like how adjustable it is, though. I've tried another similar item, but it didn't give me as much support and felt uncomfortable - this is a big improvement over the first one I tried.
