i have problems with my feet - high arches make shoes a bit uncomfortable. after tossing the crappy storebought inserts, I bought these heel inserts to help me with my inflamed tendons and near constant heel pain. Helps alot, really does good work on shock absorbing. Makes my shoes more ocmfortable, very worthwhile.

I've had some problems after a heel injury and this arch support gives a huge level of relief to the pain I've been in lately. It's a shock absorbing pad, easy to slip into your shoes, and keeps me moving. I work on my feet, so tkaing a few weeks off to recoup just isn't an option. My doctor recommended a heel insert and this looked like the best one on the market.
