Sizing

Measure circumference of the hips at the widest point.

Due to a wide range in waist and hip difference in many patients, size may need to be adjusted up or down by one size for a proper fit.
Correct sizing is essential for patient comfort and product effectiveness. The product should fit tightly enough to provide even, constant pressure without having any impact on the patient’s breathing. The product should not impinge on the patient’s ribs or groin when seated.

Very good binder for my patients - I recommend this for post op gastric bypass and other bariatric surgery to the abdomin, like hernia operations. This gives my patients the stability they need to resume their daily routines faster, which improves their morale and aids healing. It's affordable, comfortable, and works well on most of the patients I see.

Wans't easy to find a big enough binder for me to use after my gastric bypass operation, but this one really did the trick. Fits well, easy to put on, and was made sturdy and is good for a post op patient like me.
