Measure circumference of the hips at the widest point.

Due to a wide range in waist and hip difference in many patients, size may need to be adjusted up or down by one size for a proper fit.

Correct sizing is essential for patient comfort and product effectiveness. The product should fit tightly enough to provide even, constant pressure without having any impact on the patient’s breathing. The product should not impinge on the patient’s ribs or groin when seated.

Had bariatric surgery last month - the gastric bypass operation was brutal - and I'm glad i ordered this post op binder before the operation. I had no idea what changes to expect but this abdominal binder gives a lot of support. Never realized how much damaged had been done to my weakened muscles until after the operation. It feels good to be leaving the path of obesity and workign towards a healthier me.

This binder has been such a huge help - I'm recovering from gastric bypass and my doctor recommended I get an abdominal binder to help tighten the muscles after surgery. It really helps when I'm sitting up and walking around, I like the countour design - the breathable fabric makes it comfy to wear in the summer, it's been soo hot lately.
