Measure circumference of the hips at the widest point.
Due to a wide range in waist and hip difference in many patients, size may need to be adjusted up or down by one size for a proper fit.

Correct sizing is essential for patient comfort and product effectiveness. The product should fit tightly enough to provide even, constant pressure without having any impact on the patient’s breathing. The product should not impinge on the patient’s ribs or groin when seated.Please Indicate Size when Ordering

best relief of pain for my aching back so far - still got spine pain but tis makes it less hurting. i got too much back strain from my work but cant afford to quit and need to keep moving - it works well enough

Needed a tight fitting back brace for support of my aching back, and with all the lower lumbar strain I've been dealing with, this gives tons of support while staying breathable, holds tight, and is very well made (Made in the U.S.A.).
