I had an ankle sprain from basketball and used this type of stirrup (By the way, what is a stirrup??). Anyway, I don't normally do reviews, but this thing did the trick. I was able to get back into basketball in no time at all.

When I opened up the product box, i was suprised to see the quality of this ankle stirrup. It has really helped my pain and rehab of my ankle sprain. Would recommend it.
