• Black Lycra covered 1/8 inch neoprene with black nylon inner lining. Dual aluminum extention-stop hinges in protective sleeves. Hinge pockets and anterior buttress material provides improved landing area for counter pull straps and weight reduction.
  • Adjustable extension stop hinges with stops at 0, 15, 30, 45, and 60 degrees
  • Tubular lateral “J” buttress is ideal for supporting lateral-patellar subluxation, dislocations or lateral patellofemoral mal-alignment
  • Stabilization provided by lateral to medial strapping
  • Compression is provided by 1/8” neoprene
  • For medial tracking conditions, we recommend ordering the opposite leg
  • Medial and lateral hinged stays provide collateral support

So when my doc said I had lateral patellar issues, he gave me this hinged Lateral J brace from Ezy Wrap. I was skeptical at first, but man was I surprised at the support it gave me. That neoprene type strap that goes across the front really takes care of my pain when I crank on it. Would highly recommend this brace.
