This accommodates the cold pack, which makes it my favorite wrist brace yet. It fits very well, I wore it with a sweater and didn't have any problems with the velcro snagging or anything. But the main reason I bought this wrist brace for my wrist injuries is because it's comfortable and affordable - because since I've been unemployed, I'm all about the cheap.
