had to get a wrist brace to help with my wrist injuries - i had a slip and fall on the sidewalk in front of my home and like an idiot, i tried to break my fall with my hands and really did some damage to my wrist. rather than have a plaster cast, i convinced my doctor to let me use a good quality wrist brace. even though my wrist hurts a llot, i'm glad i've got a wrist support that lets me do my wrist exercises.
