Very good wrist support, it helps me keep my wrist from moving while I heal from a fractured scaphoid. It also helps with the wrist pain, it keeps me from rotating my wrist, which I'm supposed to avoid doing until the wrist injury is finally healed. GOod help with my injured wrist.
