Included with the Rehab Video are two sets of Resistive Tubing. A red (light resistance) set and green (medium resistance) set; complete with handles and door mounting strap for maximum comfort and ease of use.

Also included in the Shoulder Management System is the Patient Follow-up Guide. This unique Guide helps both the patient and physician gain a clearer understanding of the injury by charting the patient’s progress through the rehab program.

My PT recommended this while I was rehabbing from a rotator cuff surgery - and it's worked well, easy to follow system, clear instructions, very basic and while I can easily follow the instructions mentally, my shoulder does have other ideas on doing a few of the exercises.
