After a slight fracture to my forearm I needed an elbow splint to help me heal. This was a great bargain and really provides a lot of pain relief. My fracture may have hurt but this is such a good support and really helps. I'm on the smaller side (less than 105 pounds) so I opted for a pediatric size to get the right fit.
