I have so many problems with headache pain, my doctor thinks it might be a problem of tension in the neck, but regardless what I do to get rid of the tension, I've still got problems with wicked headaches. The pain relief this neck wrap gives is phenomenal!! I never thought I'd find a wrap that works with ice packs or even with heat therapy. The hot and cold options make this a great solution to the constant headaches and tensions I feel in my neck.
